Megan Perry

meet

Megan Perry, CMHC

You’re the expert in your own life and I am honored to support you and be part of your journey. We all grow and heal when we feel safe, understood, validated and comfortable enough to challenge ourselves. I hope to empower you to have the courage to sit with difficult emotions, break patterns of avoidance, consider new ways of thinking and ultimately, be the most authentic version of yourself.

I have experience working with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, communication skills, boundary setting and more. My original training was primarily in CBT and I have since learned much about and incorporated narrative therapy, DBT, ACT, SFT, and most recently attachment theory and somatic training. I believe there are strategies in all modalities that can be of benefit and I strive to help you find what fits. I work with adults and particularly enjoy working with college students.

I’m originally from New Jersey and have lived in many states, of which Utah has been my favorite, before recently finding my way back to the East Coast in 2023 to be closer to family. At this time, I am only able to do telehealth appointments. I recharge in the outdoors and by traveling. The things I value most are spending time with my husband, family, friends and pets.

Brianna Nuttall

Brianna Nuttall

meet

Brianna Nuttall, LCSW, PMH-C

I strive to provide everyone with a validating space as they gain the needed skills to empower themselves. I deeply honor the bravery it takes to reach out for help, and I am willing to assist you with any struggle, regardless of how large or small it seems. I take an interpersonal, strength-based approach to therapy and believe strongly in the power of vulnerability and its ability to increase connection to self and others.

I possess a strong passion for perinatal mental health. Not only do I have lived experience as a mother, but I also am a certified perinatal mental health provider through Postpartum Support International. I greatly enjoy meeting with individuals on any step of their parenting journey, from infertility and pregnancy loss, to postpartum and parenting concerns. I also have experience with a variety of other topics such as helping individuals heal their relationships with their bodies and food, finding peace following grief and loss, empowerment of self through trauma informed work, overcoming unhealthy interpersonal relationships, and learning to better manage anxiety and mood disorders.

I grew up in Idaho, and as part of my undergraduate studies, earned a Minor of Music; I play the piano and flute. I also believe in the therapeutic benefit of animals and value spending time with my cat and dog. In my spare time, I love doing yoga, cross stitching, and exploring the outdoors through biking, hiking, and rafting with my husband and ever-curious toddler.
