Morgan Gonzales, LCSW
Morgan earned an undergraduate degree from Westminster College. Morgan has worked in multiple settings with trauma through child protective services, first responders, hospice and spent 9 years in the acute medical inpatient setting after receiving her master’s degree from the University of Denver with an emphasis in family structure therapy and earning a trauma certificate.
Morgan relocated to Utah and for the past 6 years has worked within the Ketamine setting with implementation of Internal Family Systems, provides bilateral movement therapy, trauma informed psychotherapy, is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy with an emphasis on exposure for OCD, Narrative Therapy and Somatic Therapy.
Morgan works with complex trauma, grief, loss, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD and is a strong and passionate ally for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Morgan believes in a holistic approach to therapy which involves creating a safe and brave space to explore barriers to our own internal healing in a setting that is comfortable, non-threatening and meets the individual’s needs.
Morgan inhabits the love and strong belief in healing within community. As we heal individually, we can heal the collective. The time you have in therapy is your time and you deserve to feel empowered and safe.
