Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is psycholytic guided therapy with a specially trained Psychedelic Psychotherapist while receiving a ketamine injection from a medical doctor.

Mindful movement sessions help to create space for our mind, body, and soul to create deeper self-connection and meaning making.

The intention and benefit of these sessions is to:

  • Incorporate nature and movement for deeper healing and processing
  • Use of somatic experiencing to heal attachment wounds and promote inner child healing 
  • Become your own internal healer and develop improved methods of sitting with emotions
