Sara Terry, LCSW

I enjoy getting to know people on a deeper level and discovering who they are.  I believe healing happens when we can explore the various beliefs that have created barriers to our ability to live authentically.  I view much of our human struggles as arising from our anxieties, and I hope to help individuals discover ways to grow beyond these anxieties.  I am passionate about understanding the effects of high demand systems on individuals, and helping navigate the process of healing from these injuries.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as well as my Master’s of Social Work from Utah State University.  I have over twenty years of experience working in the mental health field.  I am certified as an EMDR provider, and have also been trained in ACT and CBT modalities.  I have experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, spiritual journeys, PTSD, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, relationship distress and more.  I see adults, 18 and older.  I am currently seeing individuals via telehealth and will soon be doing in person sessions in Utah County.

In my downtime, I enjoy binging on podcasts, reading and working on landscaping projects in my yard with my family.

Sharri Clonts, LMFT

I began my career as an MFT in Orange County, California in 2008 and have since found my way to Utah. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide population of people and particularly enjoy working with adults, couples, families and college students. I enjoy offering unconditional positive regard to each person , and believe this is the most important trait a therapist can bring to the counseling environment.

I enjoy empowering individuals to identify their values and beliefs that provide a compass through their life transitions. I view each opportunity to join someone on their journey as an honor and a privilege.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD and other mental health issues. I enjoy working with individuals, families and couples. I currently provide counseling in the office in Provo, via telehealth and also provide Mindful Movement sessions that incorporate movement and outdoor somatic experience with therapy.

I enjoy teaching exercise classes, learning, reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with family, traveling and creative home projects.

Annie Mason

Annie Mason

meet

Annie Mason, CMHC

Hello! My name is Annie. I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience in the field, having been actively involved since 2002. I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, helping them navigate difficult times and ultimately find joy and fulfillment. Whether working with children or adults my goal is to create a compassionate and empowering environment for those I work with. I believe in the power of connection and personal growth and I’m committed to walking alongside my clients as they explore their strengths and potential.

Therapeutic Approach & Focus

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma and stress. My approach is grounded in humanistic and holistic principles, emphasizing the whole person and their unique life experiences. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to the needs of each client, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helping clients challenge and change negative thought patterns and behaviors to foster healthier mindsets.
  • Narrative Therapy: Empowering individuals to rewrite their stories and reclaim their sense of agency in life.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Enhancing emotional regulation, mindfulness and interpersonal skills to manage distress and build resilience.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): Working with the different “parts” of the self to promote inner harmony and healing.

Additionally, I am a Certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist, integrating ketamine-assisted therapy to support deep healing for those facing complex trauma, depression, or other treatment-resistant conditions.

I am a trauma-informed therapist. I create a safe, inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds, including being affirming and supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to help you not only address immediate challenges but also discover deeper sources of strength, resilience and well-being.

Let’s work together to explore and heal the parts of your life that need attention, while creating a foundation for lasting positive change
