I want therapy to be a place where you can finally exhale—a space where you don’t have to hide or hold anything back. My hope is that you’ll feel relief walking in, knowing this is somewhere you can wonder out loud, make sense of things, and be met with curiosity and compassion, not judgment.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in crisis response, as a victim advocate for survivors, and as an educator. These experiences have taught me how resourceful and resilient people really are—and that we’re all more than the hardest things we’ve lived through. It also reminded me that showing up as my full, human self matters. You don’t need a perfect therapist; you need someone who’s steady, present, and real.

In therapy, we might explore how old patterns and stories still shape you, and what could shift if they began to loosen. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives, always guided by what feels most helpful and meaningful to you. What we do together may change from session to session, but it always follows your pace and what feels ready to be explored. Whenever you’re ready, we can start right where you are.

When I am not holding space in the therapy office, I am holding a crochet hook, a coloring book, a coffee mug (probably two), or a leash—for my service dog, Demi, or my blind kitten, Joey. They keep me on my toes with their perfect mix of chaos and cuddles.

Sara Terry, LCSW

I enjoy getting to know people on a deeper level and discovering who they are.  I believe healing happens when we can explore the various beliefs that have created barriers to our ability to live authentically.  I view much of our human struggles as arising from our anxieties, and I hope to help individuals discover ways to grow beyond these anxieties.  I am passionate about understanding the effects of high demand systems on individuals, and helping navigate the process of healing from these injuries.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as well as my Master’s of Social Work from Utah State University.  I have over twenty years of experience working in the mental health field.  I am certified as an EMDR provider, and have also been trained in ACT and CBT modalities.  I have experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, spiritual journeys, PTSD, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, relationship distress and more.  I see adults, 18 and older.  I am currently seeing individuals via telehealth and will soon be doing in person sessions in Utah County.

In my downtime, I enjoy binging on podcasts, reading and working on landscaping projects in my yard with my family.

Sharri Clonts, LMFT

I began my career as an MFT in Orange County, California in 2008 and have since found my way to Utah. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide population of people and particularly enjoy working with adults, couples, families and college students. I enjoy offering unconditional positive regard to each person , and believe this is the most important trait a therapist can bring to the counseling environment.

I enjoy empowering individuals to identify their values and beliefs that provide a compass through their life transitions. I view each opportunity to join someone on their journey as an honor and a privilege.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD and other mental health issues. I enjoy working with individuals, families and couples. I currently provide counseling in the office in Provo, via telehealth and also provide Mindful Movement sessions that incorporate movement and outdoor somatic experience with therapy.

I enjoy teaching exercise classes, learning, reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with family, traveling and creative home projects.
