Tasia Roth

meet

Tasia Roth, LCSW

Hello! I’m Tasia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I was born and raised in Utah, spending most of my life in the deserts of southern Utah. I earned my Masters in Social Work from The Catholic University of America because I wanted to give myself an opportunity to have more diversity of culture, education and people. It was there that I discovered social work and began my work as a therapist.

I find joy and fulfillment working with individuals identifying as LGBTQIA+, having neurodiversity, attachment disorders, and trauma. I strive to be an ally to those identifying as LGBTQIA+ and other underserved communities.

I have been fascinated by the use of psychedelic medicine to help individuals as they discover acceptance and acknowledgment of themselves while on their healing journey. I have an approach of blending Eastern and Western philosophy into ketamine assisted psychotherapy; by acknowledging the ancestral healers and honoring the medicine. I create my own ceremony which includes readings, breathwork, mindfulness and visualizations. Ketamine alongside trauma informed integrated therapy creates a healing space that is brave and safe to assist clients while working on personal trauma and attachments.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique that I incorporate while using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other modalities in client led sessions.

I believe in taking a client-centered approach, and that healing comes from within.

Annie Mason

Annie Mason

meet

Annie Mason, CMHC

Hello! Welcome to Therapy Transformed! My name is Annie. I grew up in Utah, working on the family fruit farm and surrounded by loads of cousins. I enjoy the warm Utah summers doing yard work, watching baseball and being on the water.

I have been a therapist for approximately 17 years, mainly working in the juvenile justice system as well as a school setting. Most of my experience is with school aged children and adults, but I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages!

My current focus is primarily on anxiety, depression, life transitions and stressors. I use a humanistic and holistic approach by incorporating skills and approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I am a trauma informed therapist and LGBTQIA+ affirming and safe.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and walking through this time of life together. We will start where you are and move forward at a healthy pace, processing events and learning new skills. I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your journey.
