Sara Terry, LCSW

I enjoy getting to know people on a deeper level and discovering who they are.  I believe healing happens when we can explore the various beliefs that have created barriers to our ability to live authentically.  I view much of our human struggles as arising from our anxieties, and I hope to help individuals discover ways to grow beyond these anxieties.  I am passionate about understanding the effects of high demand systems on individuals, and helping navigate the process of healing from these injuries.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as well as my Master’s of Social Work from Utah State University.  I have over twenty years of experience working in the mental health field.  I am certified as an EMDR provider, and have also been trained in ACT and CBT modalities.  I have experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, spiritual journeys, PTSD, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, relationship distress and more.  I see adults, 18 and older.  I am currently seeing individuals via telehealth and will soon be doing in person sessions in Utah County.

In my downtime, I enjoy binging on podcasts, reading and working on landscaping projects in my yard with my family.

Megan Perry, CMHC

You’re the expert in your own life and I am honored to support you and be part of your journey. We all grow and heal when we feel safe, understood, validated and comfortable enough to challenge ourselves. I hope to empower you to have the courage to sit with difficult emotions, break patterns of avoidance, consider new ways of thinking and ultimately, be the most authentic version of yourself.

I have experience working with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, communication skills, boundary setting and more. My original training was primarily in CBT and I have since learned much about and incorporated narrative therapy, DBT, ACT, SFT, and most recently attachment theory and somatic training. I believe there are strategies in all modalities that can be of benefit and I strive to help you find what fits. I work with adults and particularly enjoy working with college students.

I’m originally from New Jersey and have lived in many states, of which Utah has been my favorite, before recently finding my way back to the East Coast in 2023 to be closer to family. At this time, I am only able to do telehealth appointments. I recharge in the outdoors and by traveling. The things I value most are spending time with my husband, family, friends and pets.

Sharri Clonts

meet

Sharri Clonts, LMFT

I began my career as an MFT in Orange County, California in 2008 and have since found my way to Utah. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide population of people and particularly enjoy working with adults, couples, families and college students. I enjoy offering unconditional positive regard to each person , and believe this is the most important trait a therapist can bring to the counseling environment.

I enjoy empowering individuals to identify their values and beliefs that provide a compass through their life transitions. I view each opportunity to join someone on their journey as an honor and a privilege.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD and other mental health issues. I enjoy working with individuals, families and couples. I currently provide counseling in the office in Provo, via telehealth and also provide Mindful Movement sessions that incorporate movement and outdoor somatic experience with therapy.

I enjoy teaching exercise classes, learning, reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with family, traveling and creative home projects.

Brianna Nuttall, LCSW, PMH-C

I strive to provide everyone with a validating space as they gain the needed skills to empower themselves. I deeply honor the bravery it takes to reach out for help, and I am willing to assist you with any struggle, regardless of how large or small it seems. I take an interpersonal, strength-based approach to therapy and believe strongly in the power of vulnerability and its ability to increase connection to self and others.

I possess a strong passion for perinatal mental health. Not only do I have lived experience as a mother, but I also am a certified perinatal mental health provider through Postpartum Support International. I greatly enjoy meeting with individuals on any step of their parenting journey, from infertility and pregnancy loss, to postpartum and parenting concerns. I also have experience with a variety of other topics such as helping individuals heal their relationships with their bodies and food, finding peace following grief and loss, empowerment of self through trauma informed work, overcoming unhealthy interpersonal relationships, and learning to better manage anxiety and mood disorders.

I grew up in Idaho, and as part of my undergraduate studies, earned a Minor of Music; I play the piano and flute. I also believe in the therapeutic benefit of animals and value spending time with my cat and dog. In my spare time, I love doing yoga, cross stitching, and exploring the outdoors through biking, hiking, and rafting with my husband and ever-curious toddler.

Kelly Page

Kelly Page

meet

Kelly Page, CMHC

My priority as a therapist is to create an open and comfortable space for you so as to facilitate exploration and change. Taking that first step towards healing can be difficult and I am especially conscientious about validating that in your journey. I use strength-based, egalitarian, and person-centered approaches and I especially enjoy helping folks understand negative thought patterns that influence deeply held and sometimes unconscious core beliefs about themselves. Therapy can provide helpful tools and strategies to gain understanding and insight.

I worked as a bike tour guide, a riverboat captain, and an English teacher in Peru, Spain, and Nicaragua before moving to Utah and earning my master’s degree in counseling. I currently reside in Texas and provide telehealth appointments. I enjoy traveling and value unexpected knowledge of self and others that can be gained when we put ourselves in unfamiliar and challenging situations. I also enjoy spending time with my wife, and two toddlers, hiking, biking, and making new memories.

I am passionate about working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, issues of self-acceptance, self-worth, positive identity formation, client empowerment, depression, anxiety, negative thought patterns, and working to find movement out of places in which we feel stuck.
