• Experiencing anxiety related to the
  uncertainty of the future
• Experiencing grief and wounds as a result
  of recent changes – personal, political,
  etc.
• Seeking a safe community to discuss the
  impact of these recent changes

Information:

•  Mondays at 2:00pm
•  Starting February 2, 2026
• 3 Group Sessions minimum to ensure
  sufficient group size
• First 3 groups are free
• $20 per session following the initial
  three sessions
• Please speak to therapist if cost presents
  an issue
