Every person deserves to feel peace, hope, joy, connection with others, and alignment with their
true self. I believe it is always possible to heal and rewrite the patterns that are not serving us. The challenges, roles, and expectations we face can become overwhelming, and a trusted support system can make all the difference as we navigate the ups and downs of life. Therapy can be a place to slow down, get curious, and realign with your aspirations and your authentic
self.
I care deeply about helping people feel more empowered in their lives and creating a welcoming space where you feel safe and supported. I am passionate about providing affirming, compassionate care to LGBTQIA+ individuals where you can show up as your whole self, without judgment. I also enjoy working with individuals with ADHD and autism, burnt-out parents, individuals experiencing eating disorders, people who want to strengthen their relationships, and those navigating major life shifts such as faith transitions, divorce, grief, and loss. I believe our challenging seasons can also be opportunities to better understand ourselves, reconnect with what matters most, and discover new possibilities for our lives.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered. I am available for
in-person appointments in the Salt Lake City office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, or via
telehealth on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, crafting, singing, and spending time with my spouse, our kids,
and our cats.
